Official Design Team Call!

So here it is, my DT call, and here is how it works:

Send me an email here with your name and email address, telling me why you'd like to be a part of the 365 Cards design team. I'd also like to know which design teams, if any, you are a part of (although previous design team experience is not necessary). International card makers are welome to apply. Attach to the email clear photographs of 2 newly created cards of any theme that you choose. You may also share links to any online galleries that you upload to, along with a username.

Responsibilities: You will create 4-5 original cards each month for a 3-month term (March 2009-May 2009). Comment on weekly card submissions on a regular basis and promote 365 Cards on your blog and any chat forums you may belong to.

Compensation: The 6 designers who are chosen will receive a card kit to help boost their supply of paper, embellishment, etc. I hope to provide you with goodies during your term as well.

The DT search begins now and will end at midnight EST on February 14th. The new DT members will be notified no later than the 17th of February and announced on January 21st. The challenges will begin on March 1st.

My ultimate goal with 365 Cards is to encourage card makers of all skill levels to come together and see just how many cards we can really make, and to inspire one another with our creativity. There will be recognition of the Card of the Week, and a monthly prize for the person who can create the most cards from our challenges.
