I try to find out it in my dictionary and in Google but I am still misunderstanding.
It is difficult to make scaloped circle without punch but I`ll try.
Ivolina, bling is sparkley bits and usually refers to gems. Hope that helps :)

Ivolina I don't have a scallp punch but I make scallops using my corner rounder punch, if you have one of those?
I just happen to be using this same trio for a couple of other challenges! So fun!

Thank you, girls, for your answers. Unfortunately there will be day without card from me today. I am making cards only when my 4 old son sleep in the afternoon. But today he slept only half an hour. Not enough time for a card.
