This is one of those challenges that can go several different ways, and it will no doubt spark some serious creativity!
It's called "Mad about Mint" and I challenge you to run with the first thought that popped in your head when you read the challenge - were you thinking color, food, or perhaps both?

What a wonderful challenge, Pam and wow, oh, wow, Gloria! Very cool take. My first thought was Memory Box papers...I'll have to see what I can do with this one.
1. I had so much fun with this, hope you think it is funny too.
2. How odd, I was just about to send an email to Susan (One4Joy above) as soon as I was done here, and there she is. We met here at 365 Cards, and found we live less than 3 miles from one another ! AND of course, we met IRL too after that, who could resist.
