Today's challenge is called the 3 F's because there are 3 items that begin with the letter F that you need to include on your card.
The first two items I provide, and then you can come up with the 3rd F item.

Annie chose Flower as her 3rd item and here's her card
Gorgeous card! And it looks like Annie created her own fringe with the patterned paper - very creative :-)
So you can use Annie's 3rd F along with the 2 I've listed, or you can use one of your own...
