I just love the phrase "Spring Cleaning" -- no really, I do! It makes me think of open windows with fresh breezes moving through my house. In fact, I am doing some serious cleaning in my scrap room.
As I get organized, I keep coming across scraps of patterned paper that I love and thought I had used up. I'm also finding embellies, tools, and other things I forgot I had in my stash. So that got me thinking, maybe it's time for another challenge where we're forced to dig through our stashes and make good use of some things we've had for a while.
So here are the specifics of items to include in your card for this challenge:
1) 2 pieces of patterned paper you've had for at least a year.
2) Something - anything - that you've had for as long as you've been scrapping (this can even be a tool)
3) Ribbon that you've had for at least 2 years (or as close to 2 years as possible)
See how close you come to meeting tese requirements, and you might be as surprised as I was to find the things in my stash that I did.
Here's what Hannah did with the challenge:
Hannah says that the blue and purple patterned papers she used were "ancient" (thus meeting that requirement, lol!). She used a circle cutter and a circle punch that she's owned since she began crafting, and the blue and purple ribbons are at least two years old. Well done, Hannah!
So, dig around in your stash and get some scrappy Spring cleaning done!!
