Create a square card, and use at least 2 more squares on the card itself.

Please do not consider my 2nd entry (Eesha Kolli - Entry 2) for the challenge. I just wanted to share another card which is why I have posted it here.
Oops - I just realized that I didn't put at least two squares on my card in addition to the shape of the card itself...my panels are all rectangular. Sorry! but I could not delete my link.
