Today's challenge is all about loading your card up with fringe (or the closest thing you have to it)

So cool - she's got plenty of fringe on there, and yet it's doesn't look overloaded.

 

If you don't have fringe, get creative and get as close as you can to it - and don't skimp on it ;-)
