Day 31 - Stampin' Saturday

Would you consider yourself a stamper?  If you do, then you might really like this challenge.

Here are the details

Stamp a background on your card - using any stamp you'd like - but it must be made up of three different colors.  It doesn't have to be fancy or have a dramatic color scheme to meet the requirements.

Beautiful card, and I fully agree with that sentiment!

DoBea used three different colors ranging from light warm grey to a mid brown.

The colors blend well together.

Day 29 - What's Your Sign

And by "sign" I mean traffic sign -- or anything along those lines.

That's what you need to include on your card.

Day 28 - Let's Go Fly a Kite

Here's another challenge about using a specific image on your card.  For this one, you need to use an image of a kite or create one on your card.

I admit it, even though the weather isn't cooperating, I'm dreaming of Spring and wishing I could be playing outside right now.

Day 24 - Fabulous Fonts

Happy Saturday 365 Peeps!

I'm off to a fun-filled day, affectionately known around my house as "Soccer Saturday".  But not before I share today's challenge and DoBea's card.

Here are the challenge details:

Try to include at least 3 different fonts on your card.

Bright and beautiful, and those blossoms are just the right touch.

As you can see, all the fonts are in the SRM Stickers on her card - fabulous!

It's up to you where the fonts come from - stamps, stickers, computer-generated, or any combo of these - but you need at least three different ones on your card.

Day 22 - DIY

And what exactly will you be DIY-ing?

Well, for this Do-it-Yourself challenge, let's try creating an embellishment using a sticker.  You can create one or several.

Here's Michelle's example

Michelle created a fabulous embellishment using a tube from SRM Stickers, isn't that cool?

There are very few rules and restrictions on this challenge.  If you're unsure how to proceed with this challenge, here are a few ideas to get you started...

- Add a sticker to a button or large brad to create a whole new embellishment.

- Put a sentiment sticker on a piece of ribbon before add the ribbon to your card.

- Put the sticker on a piece of chipboard, fussy cut around the word or image and raise it off the card using dimensional stickers.

As long as you're not just applying the sticker directly to the card, you're off to a good start!

Day 21 - You're Included

It's nice to be included in fun things, isn't it?

Well, probably these items don't really care, lol, but they need to be included on your card:

Sticker (at least one), Ink (you can apply this anyway you want), and at least one piece of patterned paper.

You can use any theme, and any other decor as long as you include the above items in your card design.

Day 20 - You're Invited

Today’s challenge has a little something to do with celebrations.

You're invited - create an invitation to an event - Include images that depict what type of celebration it's going to be.

On a side note, we kindly ask that you consider turning off word verification if you have it turned on.  It makes commenting difficult and often deters us from leaving them.  A nice alternative to this is to require comment moderation, so you can still weed out the spam.

Day 19 - All the Trimmings

I am so excited for this week to get going, so I won't delay!

I've never made any secret about how much I adore these stickers, and now they've got tubes, too.

I'm up with today's challenge

Add THREE different kinds of TRIM on your card

Here's my example

I put the scalloped polka dot sticker on some white cardstock and cut around it to create one type of trim.  The glittery ribbon at the base of the card is another, and I consider the jute rope to be the third. 

And if you're wondering why I chose popcorn for the tube, well here's the story on that...

My close friends and family know how much I looooove popcorn.  I must have gotten that from my mom, because she loves it, too.  So I whipped up this card and the tube for a little birthday treat. 

A little butter and a little salt and YUM!!!!
