So come on back any time and join us, and you just might win a terrific prize from them...

Day 213 - Thinking In Fourths

Interesting title, huh?
Well this challenge is all about breaking your card up into sections.  It needs to be in FOUR parts, ant way you'd like.
Here's what DoBea created

That is so cool - I just love how it looks with that image!

And guess what??
I have a card posted for that Guest Design spot, so check out the winner {HERE}.
See you back here tomorrow for a new sponsor and a sketch...

Okay 365ers, here's your challenge...
Add at least two items to your card that make noise.  It counts of the items make noise together.
Here is Michelle's card
Cute, cute, cute!!
Those adorable charms will certainly make a little noise together :-)

Day 210 - Surprise Guest Spot

Hey 365ers, I'm throwing up a surprise guest spot today!!
As we prepare for a transition with new DT members coming on board, I thought this would be fun to do.
So here's how it works...
1) If you happen to already own digi stamps by our sponsor, Paper Pretties, then share a card or project here - it can be old or new.
2) If you don't own any digi stamps by the sponsor, create a project using this Card Recipe
4.25 x 5.5 card
1 Stamped image (digi or rubber)
5 buttons
3 different ribbons
1 patterned paper
You have until Friday, September 28th, 11:59 PM EST to submit a card for consideration.
Any cards linked up after this date will still be considered for Spotlight Designer; the deadline is only for the guest spot.
There will be two winners, one from each category!
So get crafty and link those cards up here...

We had some wonderful cards linked up for the Card Recipe, and it was sure hard to pick one, but I just love the soft beauty of this card by Adrienne

Isn't that lovely?
Thanks, Adrienne, for designing this card and sharing it with us!
If you still want to create a card for this challenge, you have time and you will be considered for a Spotlight Designer spot.

Day 209 - Color Me Purple

Today's challenge is to use at least THREE shades of purple on your card.
You can use more than that, but you must include at least three shades.
Here's Audrey's example

Love that adorable mouse image!!
And there are definitely several shades of purple on her card.
And I'm doing things in reverse order today...
Gail S.
Caroline T.
Did you notice that both Gail and Caroline get a Spotlight Designer spot for Day 204?  These all-stars are the only ones who attempted to complete the challenge combo and they did a fabulous job so they both get a shout out :)

Day 208 - Imagine This: Falling Snow

I know some of you are experiencing warm weather, but we are definitely feeling a chill in the air where I live.
So I'm starting to think about snow and cold.  And that's what this challenge is all about...
It's an Imagine This challenge, and the theme is Falling Snow.
Whatever this makes you think of, let it inspire your card design.
Here's Erin's example

And here's a look at the inside

Oh, I just adore this card, inside and out!  The white polka dots in the background definitely remind me of falling snow.
An Imagine This challenge is really wide open to interpretation, so just let the creative juices flow and design a card that fits the theme for you.

Day 207 - Super Sketchy Sunday

It's time for your weekly sketch and a sponsor
Here's the sketch

We'll feature digi image from Paper Pretties on our cards all week, so come on back and play along anytime this week!

Day 206 - Teeny Tiny

I just love to see adorable little stamps and embellishments on card, and I just knew that DoBea would be able to create a fabulous and inspirational card creation for us.
Here are the specifics of the challenge...
{Use 3 teeny tiny items on your card}
As promised, here's DoBea's example
Oh there are several cute little things on there!
You know you've got something in your stash, so dig around and use at least 3 teeny tiny somethings on your card for this challenge.

Day 205 - Color Scheme

Here we go with another color scheme to play with.
Here are the colors
Ooooh, love this muted color scheme!  And here's what Jennifer came up with

Gorgeous - beautifully subtle!
Have fun playing with these colors...

Day 204 - Challenge Combo

It's that time again when we look back at the last three month's worth of challenges and select one from June, one from July, and one from August to create a unique challenge of your very own.  So look throught the last few months and pick any three to create your challenge combo.
Here is Michelle's card

Here are the challenges she chose:
* June D108 Little Girl 16June12 - 3 images/items that you consider “girly” (heart brad, girl charm, girl stamp).

* July D145 Overlap 23July2012   - every element on your card overlapping at least one other item on the card.

* August D181 Gotta Have it 28Aug2012 - an image that makes you think, I need to have that right now (washi tape).
You are welcome to use the challenges that Michelle chose, or go back and browse the past three months and come up with your own.
I can't wait to see what you come up with...

Day 203 - It's What's on the Inside...

...That counts for this challenge, but I'll get to that in a moment.

I have some other things to take care of first.

Caroline Tan
Studio Sara
And here's the winner of the prize from Crimson Cloud
Congrats to
Bella G.!!!!
Contact me {HERE} to claim your prize.
Now for a challenge where what is on the inside should contain more than what's on the outside.  And you must include patterned paper and a sentiment on the inside of your card.
Here's my example
Here's a close-up of the window
And a look at the inside
It was tough to photograph this particular card design, but I think you get the idea.  You don't have to put a window on yours, but you do need to put more on the inside, including patterned paper and a sentiment.
Have fun...

Day 202 - White Space

Just popping on briefly to share today's challenge with you.
It's a White Space challenge, and you know what that means...
Use this sketch as your guide

And keep all decorations limited to the blacked out areas on your card.
Here's Audrey's example

Beautifully simple, and it fits the sketch!
I will be back on later this evening to further update this post...

Day 201 - Flagged

For this challenge, I'm not referring to state/country flags, but rather anything you might attach to a stick or piece of string.
These are very popular in the crafty world, and super cute, so I think we need to use them on our cards!
Here's Erin's example
This is a fabulous "non-card" project from Erin.  She went with more of a pennant banner, so you can see that you are not restricted to a traditional flag design.
If you want you can use words and/or images on your flag, or leave it blank.
The important thing is that you include at least one on your card or project and link it up here...

Have a great week...

Day 199 - Five for Fall

Autumn is just around the corner, and I can't wait to see the leaves change color.
Today's challenge is to use FIVE items - a mix of colors, images, patterns, etc. to create a Fall-themed card.
Here's DoBea's example
Oh my - that is absolutely gorgeous!!
Such a classy card, and perfect with its Fall-themed images and colors.

I hope you're having a lovely weekend - come on back tomorrow for our weekly sketch...
