Day 66 - White Space

It's been a while since we've had a White Space challenge, so here we go...

Create a card with no more than 1/3 of the card is decorated...on the outside.  Feel free to load up the inside.  That's what I did with this card

Here's a look at the inside

With that fabulous bright green shamrock pattern, it was easy to keep it to a simple design.
